The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance. The hotel room had a stove, fridge, and eating area. The hotel provided a free beach towel service and had a good arrangement with a local airport shuttle service. There was a drinks machine available all day and snacks in the morning. The staff were helpful when needed and the wifi was fast.

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great pool and hot tub area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was decent. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the little touches like the cocktail reception on Thursday and different snacks in the foyer each day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful bamboo ambiance, providing a nice retreat atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a better room than requested, possibly because I upgraded to a mountain view at the last minute. The staff was absolutely amazing, being helpful, nice, friendly, and polite. They went above and beyond when I needed to extend my stay for a whole week, ensuring I could keep the same room despite the hotel being fully booked in high season. The swimming pool was just as amazing as it looked in the pictures, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. The food was good and they even had vegan options, which was all I needed. And let's not forget the incredible views of the mountains every morning while enjoying my coffee. If I am lucky enough to return to this city, I doubt I will be looking for another place to stay anytime soon.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the beautiful lush gardens surrounding it. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub area, were stunning. The location of the hotel was perfect, just around the corner from Waikiki beach and with lots of palm trees adding to the tropical atmosphere. The staff were friendly, efficient, and charming, making our stay truly enjoyable.
