We were privileged to have a view of the ocean from our gorgeous room. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the convenience of the valet service, which was included in the resort fee. The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing us with towels in just 20 minutes and accommodating our request to stay an extra night in the same room. The location on the waterfront was perfect, with easy access to transportation and just a short drive to the airport and Volcanoes National Park. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the large soaking tub in our room. The free parking option was also a great perk. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had an amazing stay here at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a beautiful ocean view. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, giving me daily cocktail vouchers and delicious cookies upon check-in. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fully renovated property and a 9-hole golf course that guests can play for free. The location on Banyan Ave was perfect, with easy access to town and the Hilo Airport.
