The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel like part of their family and were always there to assist us. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to shops, beaches, and restaurants. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a pool, although we didn't have a chance to use it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk had a personal and inviting reception area, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Hilton Hawaiian Village and Waikiki Beach. Plus, it was conveniently close to the convention center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations for local restaurants.

I loved the warm hospitality from everyone, including the bartender and Lincoln. The location is perfect, very near Ala Moana Center, numerous restaurants, and the heart of Waikiki. The beds are really comfy. Breakfast is available at a lovely and inexpensive breakfast bar. The staff are extremely nice and helpful.
