We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just steps away from the beautiful Waikiki beach. We also appreciated that there were no ridiculous "resort" fee add-ons like other similarly priced hotels. this hotel provided us with a wonderful experience.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a block from the beach, making it even closer than the Ritz. The views of the beach and ocean were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely spa and a spacious 2-bedroom suite. The staff, including Jennifer, Lisa, and Gemma at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail were impeccable.

The hotel had exceptional cleanliness, with the rooms being well maintained and the housekeeping staff going the extra mile. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a full apartment setup including a kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was great, being not far from the Royal Hawaiian Center, and the hotel provided easy access to transportation. The staff were kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay.
